I cannot tell a lie - I ate a potatoe chip today - I'm not sure it was worth 3 carbs but it was delicious and still on track with carbs and calories :) it was so worth it lol

Oh yeah I bet it was worth it! Once, at a diner, my protein-style burger with side-salad was delivered with a lone segment of fry, still hot. I savored that bite like nothing else.
