when I started 31 July 2017, i decided to break my goal into smaller goals. 1st goal was to lose 10% of my then current weight. It has taken me 60 days of low carbs, sugar-free and 1200 calories to lose 11kg and YES if feels so DAMN GOOD.
My new goal is another 10% of my current weight and that will take me to 91.98kg.
