Had a fabulous lunch out today, and I was pretty happy with my selections: roasted artichoke followed by a chopped salad with crab, salmon and shrimp. It was delicious. I ate two bites of sourdough bread crust -- it tasted delicious, but I knew not to go too far with the bread, not just because of the calories but also because I know I won't feel well if I really chow down on bread. Also, I felt OK about eating a little more than usual -- we walked at the Botanic Garden for nearly two hours before lunch, so I felt like I'd worked off the lunch in advance. Hope I was right!
