Ok, I seriously need to step it up! My boyfriend is kicking my butt! I know, guys lose it much faster than us girls but seriously, it sucks!! I'm so proud of him!
Time to vent... When I'm at my boyfriend's house, it's easy to eat proportional & healthy meals. He doesn't have anything in his house or fridge that would cause me to snack. Unfortunately I still live at home because of my financial situation and I just get screwed! If I buy things that are healthy, my family eats it, leaving me with the unhealthy stuff. I put low calorie breads and meals on the grocery list, and they bring home White Kaiser Rolls and Salt packed deli ham because it was cheaper, and that's what they like. I'm trying so hard to get my finances in order so that I can get out on my own! Stress is such a huge factor in my waist line! Lord give me strength!
I'm looking forward to getting off work today! I cannot wait to go home and walk! Great stress relief!
