I suppose any kind of fasting would work....but that doesn't mean it's good for your body. Other than that,can't really comment bud 'coz never tried it....sorry.

well i dont see why a juice fast wouldnt be good for you your eating all the time just in juice form and your getting all the vitamins and nutrients from the fruits and veggies its not like your not eating your EATING TONS... I heard so many things about it its allowing your body to detox and get all the crap and chemicals from all the junk that you eat and restarting your system.. I think Im gunna go head and do it..

ughh yeah thats the only bad things about it .. but i really need to detox my body from all the crap that I have been eating for years.. I think my body will thank me for it after

Watch Hungry for Change. It tells you that a juice fast should only be like 3 days. But you should incooperate juices (made home-made) into everyday. Soooo good for you!! I just watched the movie myself and it has some really good info on it!

Hungry for Change was a great piece. I have done juice fasts as a precursor to healthy eating. I think it's great. I would do it again if I weren't training for an endurance event right now. I don't have 3 days straight where I'm not training. But I have increased my veggie juice intake recently.
