My son's surgery went good!! He had an awesome Dr. He can't us his left arm for 6 weeks which is going to be fun for a 15yr old with ADHD. So the worst is over. I haven't been stress eating, working out instead. I'll be glad when my son can go back to the gym with me. Until then I'll do what I can at home with him. I'm loving this new kettlebell. Definitely feeling it. But that's a good pain that I can handle. If my son can deal with his pain so can momma!!! Thank you all for the support.
