Woo! Only a 1/2 pound off my short term goal. For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, I set a goal of 230 by the 4th of July. Very cool. I am excited to keep this up and reach my ultimate goal. I'm setting a new, highly ambitious, goal. I'd like to reach my goal by the time my kids are back in school, so I'm going to target the 1st of August to lose another 10 pounds. That would put me at 10 pounds a month weight loss and at my goal by September. Whew. Lots of work ahead. For now, I'm very happy.
On another note, I'm surprised that I'm still considered at high risk and highly obese on the BMI charts. It looks like I still need to lose about 10 pounds to get into the overweight category. :)

Short term goals. That's a great idea. You are doing very good with your diet and exercise. 30lbs is a lot to lose. I'm sure you and your family are proud of what you have done so far. Keep it up and you should reach your over all goal by September.
