Just finishing up day 4 back on track (LCHF KETO) and loving it. Although had a bit of Keto Flu the past 36 hours. ugh. Could barely make it through work these past two days, so fatigued, major headaches. But tonight, they both just turned off, thank goodness, and I am feeling good again. Even went to the driving range for an hour. Trying SUPER hard not to step on the scale every day (or 10 times a day, LOL) and not focus so much on every stinking pound, and focus on this WOE.
