Wednesday, Wednesday. I had a great workout this morning. 5 mile run followed by 30 min of heavy lifting. I ran at Rex and I haven't done that for awhile. I ran partly in the grass for some extra challenge and extra strengthening for my feet and ankles. Made me want to sign up for R&R Raleigh in April, which I might do, but I haven't yet. I've been feeling down lately and I want to find something different to do over the weekend. I also want to find some volunteer work that has meaning to me but I can't seem to find it. My life is so much about me since the kids have gone and I really want to find some way of helping others. Today I am thankful for feeling good during my workout, back to warmer dryer weather, and working somewhere with lots of flexibility.
