I feel horrible today! I think that I have a sinus infection... gross. And I'm not feeling like exercising, but I am pretty sure that I can make it through the Curves circuit tonight. Soooo ready to go home from work. Don't feel like doing anything. Here's the plan for today:
Breakfast: 1 pop tart Lunch: 1 cup tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwich (2 slices light wheat bread, 1 slice 2% rf cheese), 1 cup green beans Dinner: lean cuisine pizza, 1 bag 94% ff popcorn, side salad Snacks: 2 GS cookies, 2 red vines, 1/2 cup cocoa puffs, 1 small yogurt Exercise: 30 minutes Curves circuit training
I know that my diet is kind of skewed. But I am staying around 1500 calories and under 30 grams total fat, and trying to get in the recommended vegetable/fruit servings daily. I really enjoy eating all of my favorite foods and most of my favorites are not so healthy. I plan to reevaluate the plan in a few months, or if I stop losing steadily before then.
