Now that I've read most of the atkins book I did grrrrreat on this diet today. :)Very proud

Good for you! Reading the book makes a LOT of difference whether people will succeed or not. It's the best way start!

You're doing GREAT!!! Just remember to get your 12-15 net carbs from the foundation veggies. I'm so proud of you! :)

:) Thank you guys! I'm finding today I'm not hungry and having to make a real effort to even eat much. Nice change. Been so upbeat and happy too. Lots of energy. Never feeling tired really. Had more patience with things and have just had a general sense of well being.
