Not long back from a spin out with my mate, weather was good but the head wind was a killer. Legs felt really good and was able to climb better. I pushed a bit harder today to keep myself in Zone 3 which will give me a better aerobics base to work from and help with my recovery after hill climbs. Started with my porridge this morning and had some nuts and water for during the ride. When I got home I scoffed down a peanut butter sandwich for the protein and to top up my carbs. My lunch today is chicken, mix veg and boiled baby spuds. Later l have the rest of my Diet Coke Chicken and pasta. Fruit is my go too snack. It's great to see how well you guys are doing.
