I am not too successful right now. I have had some personal frustrations going on, but that doesn't excuse my eating behavior. I shouldpick up the Y on a D book and do some reading...I imagine it will tell me things that I don't feel like hearing..no quick fixes...first emphasis is to be on to reduce waist size to improve HEALTH--not just looks...yes, I know my attitude sucks right now and I am rambling. I am full of excuses and I know it. At least I'm not in denial!

I appreciate the support, Lenny! I think my 30 previous years of dieting keep kicking me in the tailfeathers (that's sad, when you consider I'm not quite 39!). Thanks for the kind note.
