Got on my scales this morning, and they say 19st again !
(Stupid scales, I know you shouldn't weigh yourself every day either)

My old man's birthday this Friday, so he wants a jolly to Prezzo's
I've been trying to find details on their site of their nutritional info,
it's no longer there.

I want a Calzone....but I know they are around 1400 calories!

I am sure not doing enough to say I've earned one of those yet :-)

One way l get around this is l reduce a little each day to cover the extra l will eat and drink that evening. Plus include a little more exercise to help burn those calories. It's not for everyone as you may well be on very few calories with the diet you are doing. The bottom line is if you consume for example 2000 calories daily x 7 days that's 14,000 calories per week then you may not have to adjust your daily intake dramatically to still be able to go out and enjoy your meal. Have a look and see what you think. The word compromise comes to mind.

My walking buddy and I are talking about this a lot. Before if we're out for a meal, we'd just eat whatever we normally would have eaten that day, and gone for whatever the menue would offer. Now we know we have to make adjustments to allow for a meal out. Like go for an extra walk, and make sensible choices the day before, on the day and the day after. This way it's really ok to go AND enjoy a meal out without feeling to restricted. Compromise indeed!!
