Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I totally BLEW IT this weekend. I took my daughter to eat at Outback Steakhouse Saturday night. I had prime rib AND some of my friend's rib eye, a sweet potato (no butter or brown sugar, at least!), bread, and worst of all, Chocolate Thunder from Down Under AND some carrot cake. Whew!!!!!!! I paid dearly for it, too. I am not used to eating like that any more and I had THE WORST indigestion ever. I couldn't sleep all night, it was so bad. But did I learn? No! Of course not! I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I'm like a alcoholic . . . I'm a foodaholic. When I fall of the the wagon, I fall hard! Sunday I had scrabled eggs, ham, TWO (yummy) biscuits, and four or five bites of french toast. Oh, yeah. Grits with sugar, too. That was just breakfast! Later on I had honey roasted peanuts, a Hostess HoHo, an entire bag of double bubble bubblegum (no, not sugar free), a sub at Quizno's, and sunflower seeds. I don't even want to GUESS how many calories I ate.

Okay. Well, what's done is done. It's a new day, and a new week. I am going to get back on track. I have to! I have worked TOO HARD to lose these 19 pounds and I don't want to put it all back on! I wish that I had thought about the party I have to attend in April (where I know my ex and new woman will be) before I put that garbage in my mouth!

The only positive is that I worked very hard helping my daughter move. UP the stairs, grab something heavy, walk DOWN the the stairs to the truck (and repeat a million times), get in the truck, drive ten miles, pick up something heavy from the truck and walk UP the stairs. Walk back DOWN the stairs, and repeat. Ugh. My calves are screaming at me!
