Went on a 5 mile walk today. Yay! But for some reason my daily calories didn't increase. So... I am currently 7 calories over with 3 or 4 hours to go before bed. I am drinking lots of water in hopes that I can resist putting anything else in my mouth. (self-talk, "It is okay to feel hungry. I can do this.") crossing fingers.
