I'm still here!! :) I've been staying the same pretty much. I'm on day 118 of not smoking and on week 13 of Weight Watchers. I've been walking an hour a day but I know I need to kick it up a notch and get back to strength training. I did pick up the little magazine at the check out from the Abs diet people and it has killer 6week walking with toning workouts. So I will give those workouts a try.
