I gained a pound, but i feel bloated. i think i may have forgotten to take my lactaid supplement before dinner last night, because i was fine until then. But i know once I start to pee again, i won't have a problem. I just have to remember to use my lactaid supplements.

My salt came in and should be getting delivered soon. My headphones have shipped and are on their way. I picked up my chamomile tea yesterday. My brown boots have shipped and are on their way as well. I couldn't get target to accept the delivery for me because it says they don't sell my size. I tried both sizes on and determined that the 8 fit me better. My feet are 9 3/8 inches long. The 7 1/2 was a little snug on the toes and i could feel my heel scraping the back.

i am waiting for Marie to call me to see if she thinks her Stress Management group, on Fridays at 1 p.m., can help me manage my anxiety so I don't pick my face so much. I am also looking for a resource for Mindfulness Meditation CDs that have guided meditations on them and will take a Paypal payment.
