Tuesday: Slept well even th I stayed up to watch Castle...I did not want to get up this morning. Diet going very well. I really dont get it . I am staying so close to 1000 calories yet I really am not losing as much weight as I think I should be. 184.6,184.2, 183.8, 184.0. All of those weights could be fluid... I should be losing about 2 pounds per week! Whatever. I probably dont have any muscle left after sitting around for three years doing nothing but listening to lectures and studing, I really need to start getting some muscle built up I have been trying to get solid with the fact that this is a life style for me but now I want to lose another 5 pounds before the 6th of April because I am going to Vegas with my girls from school and that would be a 25 pound loss. I am really going to have to dig my heels in and be super vigilant when I am surrounded by the biggest BUFFET in the world..in a town with the BEST chefs in the world and The best bakery (at PARIS) where we will be staying.
