Worked out yesterday for the first time in a LONG time! And my 47 year old body felt it! Not as easy to just pick up like it used to be. This morning I am sore! Back of my legs, abs, but it's a good feeling. I'm finally doing something. Woke up craving my lemon water! That's a great feeling too!:)
