was craving childhood banana-walnut pancakes and i finally made them and definetly slayed that craving for good (not as good as I remember) heading out to walk my trusty ware-lab, who is scared of zombies and ware-squirrels! tonight i will be training with my sensi to kickbox/ slay all the fat i consumed this am, wish me luck. now were did i leave my bag of stakes
