Day 56- Woooooh, broke through the 210 mark! I can tell you one thing, I am having a much easier time losing weight than I have in the past 15 yrs. I think it is because I am not following one of the ‘planned’ diets and my focus is on eating as much real food as possible. The household veggie bill this week was $45 compared to a month ago of about $20…….. Also, if I am preparing my own meal I am cutting out a lot of the sauces and using seasoning on the meats. All I have to say is, if you really WANT something you will figure out how to get it! I get tired of reading how folks can’t do things because of this and that….. the TRUTH is, if you are waiting for someone else to fix your problems, that is the PROBLEM! You have to get mad and fix it!
I love how everyone blames their President or any local government for their problems, when really you are the only one that can make a change, think about it sometime. Like folks saying ‘I can’t get a job because Obama (or whoever) did not do his job’. Really, your gonna use that as an excuse! ‘I’m fat because Obama (or whoever) did not fix the health/my problem!’ Well folks, in the past 2 yrs, I have doubled my income, I have paid off a ton of dept and now I am losing weight as a steady pace. Who did that for me????? I DID! (Sorry, I went on a rant, I am just tired of hearing folks tell me why they can’t do something and how somebody else is to blame. With Pres race going on, it is coming out more.)
