Have been feeling a bit less driven yesterday and today. It seems to go in cycles of how determined I feel. Luckily it doesn't affect what I eat just how I feel. I haven't fallen off the wagon or anything but Have spent more time thinking about it than usual! I think it was the 1 lb weight loss that does that. The more I lose the more I feel I want to lose more. So I must keep to the plan to keep losing more.
Mind you I do feel that I have the edge. I do have all sorts of things in the house that maybe other people don't for the kids. I have a 5 M&S profiteroles in the fridge at this very moment and they wink at me everytime I open the fridge!!! But I think that it is better to have temptation in front of you all the time than hiding it away. As you become stronger and learn ....!!! Must drink more water. Think I am going to start OWL next wednesday.
