OMG can anything else go wrong in my life??? My son started back to school yesterday and his anxiety went to panicked​. Back to the Dr we go. It's hard when your the only parent that will admit that he has a problem. My husband wants to argue with him because he swears that the Dr is crazy. Has never met the Dr in 15 years that we've been going to him. He has ADHD which comes with anxiety. Both me and my husband have it so why would my child be any different? I keep telling myself I will not stress eat!!!! Thank god I have support here with my FS family. Sorry just needed to vent.

Take your time... keep journaling your diet, exercise and even how life influences your health decisions. Over time, we overcome our obstacles (stress eating and hectic schedules) and adapt to the things beyond our control (like diagnoses and other folks' reactions to our children). You are supported here!
