stayed the same; am in ny and a different scale so I may have lost 1 pound but to be on the safeside I am remaining the same. Had a real goood time, but can't wait to leave the cold for sunny Florida. I did really well except for yesterday eating wise, so I am not disappointed......looking forward to seeing a loss this coming week-Just yesterday I was 2 pounds lower than today so I know I can do it next week and am committed.
