Dear Dr. Pepper---I miss you :(

Haha, seriously, if only i could have one...but I'm on a cruise to get to where I wanna me...I hit up table rock this morning and ran 3 miles *usually it's 5 but we avoided the mud with the jogger today*...thinking about getting in another insanity workout before work but I need to clean up around the house since Dad will be in town this afternoon....better get workin!!!!

Try Diet Dr. Pepper. Housework burns calories too :)

Yeah, Diet Dr. Pepper just makes me crave the real thing more :) Actually, I'm trying to stay away from soda as a whole for the next 30 days...not a lifetime, but at least a month!

oh, thats a good goal. Water should be the only thing we should drink. But, I am really talking to me cause I still have to work on drinking 64 oz. per day.

I go in the cycles, and it's awful...I drink nothing but water for 3 months, then drink nothing but soda for 3 months, and so forth and so on...I need to learn moderation, but until I can manage that it's better to try and keep myself in the "nothing but water" part of the cycle :)

I have a Red Bull addiction. Okay, addiction is a bit strong, but I love the stuff. I've been having one first thing in the morning at least 4 days/week. I know it's not good, but it's sugar free, AND it gets me going! I truly believe it's helped me stay on track with my diet. The point is, I know what you mean about craving a D.P. .... and HELL NO diet doesn't do it! LOL (I had a D.P. and Coca-Cola addiction before Red Bull.) Go to bed. You need to rest up for tomorrow, anyway. :) I think you've got a good game plan. :)
