I finally found out what has been hindering a lot of my efforts. I was diagnosed with Severe Sleep Apnea only on Friday. This explains why I was eating 2l of ice-cream and munching 500g of gummi bears a day and too tired to exercise most of the time. I was just literally tired and everyday body would be trying to get energy from sweets and carbs. When I lost weight initially it was a mammoth effort but at least I know I had had sleep issues and why I have put most of the weight back. Started treatment on Monday night and I am feeling ok will get better with time. Will probably have to get my tonsils taken out as they cover >75% of my airway. Together with weight loss I hope to get back to normal. I will be updating what I eat hopefully on a daily basis as I need to lose approx 46kg. At least for now I have a machine that will be making sure I get good rest so will see how I go. I will be planning timelines for weight loss but I hope to lose at least 33 kg by Christmas but I need to plan plan plan. I may not be able to do so but will know by tomorrow after my planning session tonight. Good to be back on Fatsecret
