1770 consumed 2903 burned = 1133 deficit. I have made my calorie deficit 3 out of 4 days this week so far. I did linger at the ice cream cooler in the grocery store tonight, but I made it out of the store with NO junk or sweets! Right now, I am HUNGRY! I better get to bed before I do something reckless! I am doing well and feeling good!
