Your bike looks awesome. Thinking of getting a bike myself, I get bored of my exercise bike staring at the bathroom wall! having said that I seriously worry about the saddle sore issue, that seat would kill me I'm sure. Patrick!

It takes a bit to get used to but it's surprisingly comfortable once you get going, l do turbo training so l hear what you say about it being boring, l purchased a number of DVD's from the Spinerval's series and do workouts with them, it's HiiT training so maximum fat burn and cardio fitness, in the past that's how l have got my best weight loss. I love my bike l've had it for four years now and as stuff has worn out I have upgraded to what it is today. I just wish the weather would be kinder so that I can get out on it.

I'm going to bite the bullet and get a bike, with a nice big gel seat. I'll let you know how I get on.
