OMG bought Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint Quick and Easy Meals... went to Trader Joe's and bought a bunch of food and tried the Hot Cereal made out of nuts and fruit with breakfast and was sooo full all day that I didn't eat till dinner and then tried the Unstuffed Cabbage and both were sooooooo yummy!!! Friends came to help clear wood that fell during the big snow storm and she and I went to the store and stocked up big time! I'm feeling much better about this WOE now that I have a cookbook!
