So I had another colossal fail with my calories today. The only amazing thing is that I did workout, so I am pretty close to breaking even.
Even though the calories were a lot higher, the foods that made up the choices were better, so I'm happy about that.
I think I'm on the way back to eating reasonable calories again! Thank goodness!
Hopefully all the salt in the food I ate today doesn't impact my weight tomorrow, and that I do actually see the 246-something on the scale tomorrow!
