Accountability time: First off I didn't weigh in this morning because I forgot I worked a 6-6 shift today so results to come tomorrow Second of all, I did a baaad baaaad thing today. I ate my feelings. And I was feeling stressed. My food diary reflects my plan (which I stuck to until about lunch) when I went off the deep end and ate all the junk food I could get my hands on. Not a good start to my renewed week of control and better choices. Once again, I have to give myself a kick in the ass and get my act together. I'll stop by Walmart tonight and pick up another salad for lunch tomorrow. I also think part of my problem was not having a substantial breakfast, skipping a morning snack then having a salad for lunch. The salad was great but I waited until I was starving to eat. Lessons learned: Eat a better breakfast and run far away from temptation
