I haven't drank for a month. For me that's a long time. I was drinking way too much this past year. Every weekend turned into every night. That's part of the reason I gained so much weight too! I'm going out tonight and have counted the beer calories into my total cals for the day. I still have some to spare, maybe I could do miller light instead of mgd 64 ????
