finding that a granola bar/nutrigrain bar really slows down my wieghtloss and makes me want to eat more. need to find something else that I can eat on the go, as I am always on the go! tired of the bag of carrots!

LeAnn have you tried any of the Atkins bars? They would probably work well in our South Beach plan and a lot of them advertise low glycemic effect (or something to that) on the box) so they should get you full without wanting to eat more. Good luck and hang in there. Part of the journey is discovering what items help us or push us over the edge.
