Tuesday: Did ok on diet.........But I really wanted to do better. Too many snacks I think. I would love to be able to ration sweets to my self but the only thing that works for me so far is just not having them around. For some reason seeing sweets is a real trigger for me. OUT ! OF ! My! HOUSE! I have been reading "4 hours to a perfect body" and this reserch has really impressed me, although I am not sure I could do the cold water therapy. I have changed one thing, that he says is crucial. I have started to eat 25 grams of protein within 1/2 hour of waking up in the AM. (this morning)This will be easy for me because I love cottage cheese and it has 31 grams of protein in it. I will do it for 1 month and see if it really makes a difference. The amount of technical reserch that has gone into this book is really astounding. Poor little (our chihuhhuh) he didnt get to go in the truck with my husband because he went into Canada and Little does not have a rabies certificate. This upset him to no end and he fussed quite a bit last night and finally ended up sleeping on Bobs pillow.:(
126g of carbs and the bulk of it is from fruit... I guess ill need to cut back on my fruit if I am going to try and get less than 100 grams /day.

I am the same way. I have to restrict myself and stay on a ridged routine or I get distracted. Good luck with the protein thing. Sometimes that is all that is needed.
