So today I'm not really feeling hungry and I'm getting full really quickly .... I've been drinking a lot of natural juices as well ... but I'm not getting enough protein these past few days .. When I'm working like I have been I don't really have time to stop and eat right .... but I try to eat a little something and make it as good for me as possible .... I haven't been eating junk , meat , dairy or caffeine and I feel great
