Question for anyone... How much bloat is normal from day-to-day?

I weigh myself periodically but every now-and-then I step on the scale and am shocked to see how much I move (yes, UP and DOWN). Advice, comments?

I have fluctuated as much as 7 lbs from one day to the next. It really depends on the individual. Things like fluid & sodium intake. Whether you drink coffee or other diuretics. If you've been constipated. Weighing in 1st thing in the morning one day and later in the day the next time...

Yeah I wouldn't worry about what you weigh any other time then 1st thing in the morning. my goes up and down like 8-10 lbs a day
