I keep hearing about the keto diet. I looked it up so I can get a feel for what it's about. I've been seeing a bari Dr to help with my appetite because like everyone else I love food and I've always eaten whatever whenever. Might be why I'm 5'3" and was weighing 240 when I started. I've learned that I can still love food, but my cooking has to be done a little different. I'm away from the 10 bottles of Pepsi a day which is great. Learning new recipes for healthier cooking. That's why I love the photos and some put the recipes on FS. Helps me learn. I'm learning to love better food. Even my son is trying new things with me. Thank you all for being so brave about your stories about you.
