Day 33- yes, I am still here, gotta work on this journal thing.... been trying to figure out how many cals a day is ideal and works?

Adjusting to the calories is hard. It took me about two months to figure out between exercise and eating what worked best for me. The site was telling me to eat 1900 per day, and that wasn't working, so I gradually cut that back to around 1500 and that worked for me. Good luck, I hope you find what works for you!!

I am finding the same thing, I was at the 1700-1800 level and would be flat, then I dropped to 1400-1500 and I started dropping quick. I just don't want to hit the point where my body says enough is enough and stall again.... Funny thing is everything I read says I should not go below 1800 as a male.
