I kind of expected this, since it's that time of the month again and I always weigh more then. I also didn't exercise much this week, because it was too hectic. Food wise I did pretty good though. I ate really healthy, but I did not write anything down. So I will try to journal again this week and exercise more and I am sure next weeks weigh in will be better.
