I love looking at all the different foods that everyone post. Gives me some ideas since I'm new at eating healthy and trying to loose my baby fat. My baby is 15 years old. LOL. Slow progress but I refuse to give up. I want to see my son get old and grey. My family's health history won't let me if I don't take care of myself. I'll get there.
