It's done. My official weigh in on the day after my 6 Day Shred experiment is 156 lbs. My scale only goes in whole and half pounds. It says my bmi is 26.6. It had previously been as high as 38. So, I lost 6 lbs and lowered my bmi by 11.4%. I'm happy for the weight loss, but I am even happier to be done. Now I just need to find a happy medium between the way I used to eat, and the way I ate on the Shred.
