A little over a year ago last blood test 1/27/11 Total Cholesterol 239, Triglycerides 175, HDL 45.10, LDL 159 and ratio was 5.30

The latest results 01/10/2012 show a big drop: Total Cholesterol 130, HDL 35 Triglycerides 124, LDL 70 and the ratio is 3.7

Coronary Heard Disease Risk Factor went from 2X average to 1/2 average.

Basicly cut out most sweets and simple sugars out of diet, except for special occasions. Suppliment with Fish Oil caps 2x day, plain Niacin that will make you flush, COQ10, and Red Yeast Rice. Also always took a multi vitamin and extra Vitamin D.

Also work out min of 3 times a week for at least an hour.

That's pretty much it.
