Worked out in the gym last night. increased my weights by 5lbs and added another rep to the routine. Didnt take an ibuprofen last night before i went to bed and i am not hurting this morning. I hope this is a good sign that I can get back to my routine and lose the 25lbs i need to lose. I just am not sure how the meds i have to take now are going to affect my weight.
