Any good suggestions for "kickin" in again??!?! (besides take off - I plan to start that tomorrow) but any great plans or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! <what's your best foods and excersises to get a quick drop?> ~ I totally blew it once again! Although I told myself over and over again I was going to be a good girl this week, I was not one! I haven't even weighed myself because I don't want to feel the disappointment that I know it will cause. I don't know why I do this to myself, it seems I do SO good, and I can feel myself getting close to where I wanna be, and then - BAM - one bad week and now I can start all over again. Does anyone else feel "bad" when you know you have gained and are afraid to go weigh in? I find myself thinking of excuses why I can't make it in this week (already!!!)

ya i usto be the exact same way.. be good on the diet than do something to mess up and feel badly and my weight would just go up and down with no real progress until early november i signed up for a 30 day yoga challange its bikram yoga which means its yoga in heat. it has really helped me stick to my weight loss goals and has made me very mentally strong. i would suggest doing 3 - 4 classes and seeing how u feel. any type of exercise can really help to get u back on track and also helps with plateaus!
