Morning y'all, hope everyone is having a great day. So a thought for you. Went grocery shopping last night and a couple of times was tempted to throw some evil treat in the buggy. That damn little voice inside my head said " Remember you are what you eat "...... Hate him sometimes, why do we call him the voice of reason ? You pick it up and look at the content and find the little booger is right, nothing appealing in fact all the crap sounds disgusting. So I thought hard about what he said, ok love chicken 🐔, think I got him this time. I can't even do the chicken dance...... Seriously I love journaling what I eat it helps keep me on the correct path. I can see what is working and isn't. Well gotta run some errands and practice that dang dance .

Journaling does help me as well. Sometimes the decisions are a conscious yes/no struggle, but you make enough good ones, the good choices will become subconscious decisions all the time!

That's one of the main reasons I use the mobile app, for all its weaknesses and drawbacks. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It keeps me scrupulously honest about recording what I'm eating and how much. When that diary screen is RIGHT. THERE. 💁🏻 It's kind of hard to mis enter! LOL 🤣
