Today I am feeling really low about myself. I need to weigh today but I haven so i will tomorrow even though I am sure it will make me feel more depressed . I can't wait to look at myself and love the person staring at me. I just want to cry. And I what makes it worse is I have no one to talk to about it that understands me. Everyone tells me not to worry.. don't change a thing... You look fine.... BUT I KNOW I DON'T. !!!!!!!! That is really nice of them to say though. Well enough of the sad talk I guess I will take all this bad energy and try to turn it into good.
