Wednesday: Slept good. Rain is blowing sideways and cold. 189.2 this AM. I am on track to get down to 188 by monday. I must get a good diet scale. I am going to order one online today. The ones at walmart and target are really cheap looking and I really need something that I can trust. I thought I was eating a 5 ounce steak but then I looked on the package and it said 2.2 pounds, there were 2 steaks in the package so 1/2 of one was approximately 8.05 ounces. Thats a big difference..... So I found a diet scale from wholesale scales for 25 dollars on sale (33% off). I hope I didnt get rooked. Good mood today. Its amazing what the scale can do for your mood (or to your mood). anyway Im learning to live with this diet and I feel I could go on forever like this. I guess the biggest thing that I mmiss is not having to think about my food so much and eating anything I want. But once a habit is developed its not so bad. Work has become very cumbersome to me lately, Its worse after a week off traveling around oregon and drinking in the beautiful snow covered mountians, frosted trees and frothy rivers. Little dog has been taking to sleeping at the foot of the bed which has me worried. He seems his jolly little self when awake so Ill just watch him for now. Mabey B rolled over on him or something. Catilyn, My grandaughter got the part of a farm girl in her high school production of Oklahoma, I might get the chance to make her costume for her. She has a wonderful voice and has been taking voice lessons for a year now. she tried out for this play even tho she is not in drama. The drama teacher said "how come you are not in Drama?" She is in chourus and has a very heavy class load because she is taking all AP classes. But drama was just made for her and has been waiting all these years for her to show up! He was very impressed. Usually if you are not in drama you dont get a speaking part in the play but he gave her one and a solo!. Congrats to Caitlyn. I am so proud of her.

WHAT I DIDNT EAT: Choolate sin cupcakes and pizza in breakroom at break.
