I had an awesome workout this morn. 5 mile run then heavy weights then 10 minutes of nice easy stretching in the steam room. I love when I get the steam room all to myself. I decided last week that Wed would be my IF fasting day so I did that this morn even though it was meant to be for after a cycling day and today was too wet for cycling. As much as I love my BF, I really didn't feel like eating after my workout so it was easy. I miss having someone real to talk to about workouts and exercise but for now, I am going to journal for 5 min a day. I am looking so forward to having some time off from work. So So forward to it! I don't get to ride this weekend so I haven't decided about the carb nite. I probably will still do it b/c I've been doing intense workouts and also feeling blah which usually means I need more carbs. I really love food and I really love to eat.
