I don't weigh in officially until Thursday, but I have been steadily gaining back weight even though I said I would stay on Phase 1 strictly after my last weigh in; too much eating out in restaurants, (had visitors who took me to restaurants, and more restaurants} too many salad dressings, nuts in salads; too much tasting of unmentionables.....have my children and grandchildren coming to visit for a few days over thanksgiving, and I feel like giving it all up! But I WONT. Not yet. It "goes on" so much more easily than it "comes off." I really cannot cheat in ANY way...I just thought I would get this off my chest, that I am not sticking as I should, and am really disappointing only myself. Today I tried to eat mostly vegetables - which I know can kill my stomach, but I am sick of seeing the scale rising.

Of course, I am thankful for the good health of my family, friends, and my own good health. I wish the same for you all.

I suppose there are worse things than starting sbd all over again...and again???

You may be trying too hard susieq, maybe just relax and try to make sensible eating choices. Just do your best...

Perhaps you just need a fresh new start? Sometimes even the best people have off days, weeks or months.You're capable and you know how to do SB. I agree with information, perhaps just stick to making sensible choices and set a date and your next goal in mind. Something like, next Monday you will restart with phase 1 and your goal is to lose 2 pounds in two weeks? I bet you can do that! Think of a goal and let me know what it is. I'll be pulling for you and checking with you! You can do this!

You are doing just fine. No beating on yourself. :) Just be careful about portion size and drinking water. If you are eating somewhat sensible and drinking lots of water... it will come off again. :) YOU can do IT!
