I don't weigh in officially until Thursday, but I have been steadily gaining back weight even though I said I would stay on Phase 1 strictly after my last weigh in; too much eating out in restaurants, (had visitors who took me to restaurants, and more restaurants} too many salad dressings, nuts in salads; too much tasting of unmentionables.....have my children and grandchildren coming to visit for a few days over thanksgiving, and I feel like giving it all up! But I WONT. Not yet. It "goes on" so much more easily than it "comes off." I really cannot cheat in ANY way...I just thought I would get this off my chest, that I am not sticking as I should, and am really disappointing only myself. Today I tried to eat mostly vegetables - which I know can kill my stomach, but I am sick of seeing the scale rising.
Of course, I am thankful for the good health of my family, friends, and my own good health. I wish the same for you all.
I suppose there are worse things than starting sbd all over again...and again???
